Noho Group undertook an integrated urban design and architectural design process to ensure the amenity of orientation, landscape and shared space was maximised for each dwelling. The smaller dwellings were prioritised in this process to ensure the smaller affordable dwellings had both north-facing courtyards and living spaces. The approach has created a cohesive family of homes which reflect each other’s modern style and form a strong streetscape. Each home has been specifically designed to capture natural light, provide indoor/outdoor flow and maximise the amenity for residents.
Noho Group completed the master planning, conceptual design and initial consenting for the development. Due to other opportunities Noho Group is no longer involved and another developer has chosen to develop and construct the project.
